There stood a house with a grey roof. The house with the grey roof stood, they went into the house and saw benches there and other things. They looked, but people had stopped living in the house, there was no one at all, no women. What shall we do? She thought. “This place is apparently meant for us.” The Por woman jumped and they prepared water and firewood. Suddenly, when the evening stars were going out, they heard two people coming with tales and songs. They heard them coming. They entered the house, brushed off the snow, brushed off the ice, came into the house and said: “Our house smells like firewood. Somebody has come to us to make tea and carry firewood.” They came into the house and really, on the edge of two benches there were sitting two women. Two women were sitting. One man shook the snow off his legs, undressed and looked: “Oh, it’s trouble! The Por woman! What shall I do? With heavy arms and legs he went up to the bench. He went up and the other man went up on the other side, jumping and leaping, to where the Mos woman was sitting and sat down.

He went. He went and had the feeling that there was somebody, as if there were somebody and he was even more frightened. He started to become frightened. Suddenly a woman came out of the larger corner. She came up and said: “Hubby, this is the one who was born to ruin us, to take our strength.” He said: “Old man, I have come home. I have come home to our town, to our village. I came to live together with you in his place.” Suddenly he looked and her husband, the old man, was putting up a house and was building a town, one like a village. He was chopping with an axe. Wood chips were flying. She looked properly: grandfather and grandson were making a house, were building.
